Our greatest commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, discover a manufacturing defect or disagree with the merchandise you received, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it according to the terms below:

1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
2. Product is defective: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

To exchange/return, the product must not have any signs of use. The product must be sent directly to our PO Box. Once the item is received and everything meets the return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 (five) business days.

For product returns due to dissatisfaction: Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything meets the item's return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between:

1. Exchange it for any other product available in our inventory.
2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products (we do not refund shipping costs if the product delivered is the correct model and in perfect condition).

Warranty: All store products have a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of receipt.
